What ordering and payment methods are available?
Online Orders: You can order all of our products online at www.pfile.com using any of the following methods:
1. Secure Online Credit Card Order - For your safety all information is encrypted during web transmission. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Novus/Discover credit cards.
2. Credit Card Transaction via Telephone - Place the order online and select "Call with Payment" payment method. Submit the order and then call us or Fax us your credit card info.
3. Prepaid Check or Money Order - Place order as if you are choosing the "Call with Payment" method but do not submit the order. When you reach the final order review page, simply print it out and mail it to us with a check or money order.

Why can't I add any items to my shopping cart?
This is usually due to problems with the settings on your web browser. Our website requires that you be able to create "cookies" which allow it to keep track of items you add to your cart. Please make sure your web browser privacy settings will allow cookies by following these instructions.
Do you add tax to my total purchase?
We do not add any tax for orders being shipped outside of New York State.
We do add the correct local tax for all orders being shipped to addresses within New York State. If you are in NY and have a re-sale or tax exempt number, you can provide that to us for exemption.
Can I open a business account?
We welcome institutional and business accounts. Call Customer Service at (800) 827-0673 for further information or to set up an account. Terms are Net 30 days.
