What payment methods do you offer?
We accept any of the following methods of payment:
1. Secure Online Credit Card - For your safety all information is encrypted during web transmission. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Novus/Discover.
2. Credit Card Transaction via Telephone - Place the order online and select "Call with Payment" payment method. Submit the order and then call us or Fax us your credit card info.
3. PayPal Account - PayPal members who would like to use the PayPal payment method when placing an order can click on the "Check out with PayPal" button on the shopping cart page. New users of PayPal who would like to as this as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an account and will be returned to the "Check out with PayPal" option once they get back to our website.
4. Prepaid Check or Money Order - Place order as if you are choosing the "Call with Payment" method but do not submit the order. When you reach the final order review page, simply print it out and mail it to us with a check or money order. Our mailing address is:

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on your website?
Yes. We take every precaution to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access and we are a verified Authorize.net merchant. If you choose to pay using your debit card, please keep in mind that the amount charged will be put on hold and it will not be available to you after you submit your order. Once the transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original hold will be voided.
I received an error message that states there has been an authorization failure.
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards for payment. If you entered the correct info and the payment is declined, you should check with the issuing bank to make sure funds are available. Alternately, you can return to your Shopping Cart and try checking out with PayPal instead.
How do I use my store credit?
If you have a store credit with us, you should call our customer service department at 1-800-827-0673 to place an order. Store credits can not currently be applied online.
What is PayPal and how do I sign up for an account?
PayPal is a very popular payment method used for online purchases that enables buyers to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal is that it offers a faster, safer and easier checkout while protecting customers from revealing their credit card or financial information to the merchant. When are funds transferred out of my PayPal account for my order?
Customers who choose to sign up for a PayPal account must agree to authorize the merchant to withdraw payments directly from their PayPal account. PayPal will withdraw the money from your account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card. Customers who do not have a PayPal account will need to use a valid credit card to complete the payment.
