Although the frames are very nice, the packaging changed from last year. We present these to employees who complete a Leadership Training class. A certificate, and class picture are inserted in the frames. Last year they were packaged in a box, which was perfect for shipping/handing out Now they the packaging has the frames opened up and no way to easily ship/present.
