I really wanted to like this frame more than I did. it was very annoying to actually get the photos in, though--I had to glue the three individual black wood frames to the mat so they wouldn't slide around (the original glue had degraded and I even had to repair one), then tape the photos I was framing to a backing, then put the whole thing together like a sandwich. not the most user friendly. the large frame scratched easily too. it does look okay now that I've fixed it up. but definitely less user friendly than other frames, and not what I'd expect from a new purchase.
