I bought this Memory Book when my son was born. He is now almost 40 yrs old. His baby pictures in it haven't changed. The colors are still vibrant. The fabric cover is like new. He recently had twin girls and I gave him and his wife this book. I was so glad it was in such great condition.

It was delivered with dirty spots on the cover. I called the number listed on the packaging slip and the woman I spoke to was extremely friendly and made ordering a new one incredibly easy!
