The binder itself was nice and pretty but the top ring was loose and would not function properly. When you turn the pages, they would slip out of the ring. I didn't have time to return the binder because it was a gift to someone. I should have ordered it earlier so I would have had to time to return it. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: We have offered to replace the binder at no additional cost.

I guess I expected the fabric covering to be padded so it would look a bit dressier than it actually was. Appeared somewhat plain, though I did like the opening on the cover to insert a picture.
