These PRAT Start 2 Hardcover Portfolios are suitable for the presentation and storage of photographs, digital prints, artwork or documents up to 3" thick. Solid black riveted handles can be folded down making storage of the portfolio easy. Crossed elastic straps secure together with a plastic clip fastener to hold documents in place.
