What
is your return policy?
If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned
within 90 days of shipping for a full merchandise refund, credit or exchange
excluding shipping and handling charges.
Additional notes and exceptions:
Products with open packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Purchases over 90 days old may be returned for exchange or store credit
only. If
you are returning for exchange there is no additional shipping and handling
charge for sending out new items. Partial
packages are not returnable unless defective.
Custom
imprinted products are not returnable. Original
shipping
and handling charges are not
refundable unless damaged
or defective. Shipping costs
to return merchandise to us is not
refundable.
Please do not return
damaged or defective merchandise without contacting us first.

a copy of your packing slip or invoice and let us know if you would like
a refund or if you would like to exchange for other items.
Please do not send returns to our PO Box.
My
shipment arrived damaged or defective?
Please do not return any damaged or defective
items without contacting us first. If your order appears to have been
damaged in transit, please save all packaging material (box, tape, filler,
etc.) and call us at (800) 827-0673 or email
us to arrange for pickup and/or replacement.
