What are your shipping methods?
Ground – This method is available for all orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding APO and FPO military addresses). See Ground Rates below. All ground shipments require street address for ground delivery. PO Boxes are not acceptable.
USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post – These methods are only available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO military addresses.
USPS Air Parcel Post - These methods are available for Canada (see Canada Shipping Rates below) or other International locations. You will be responsible for taxes and duty, if any.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select – These are available for additional charge. Please call (800) 827-0673 M-F 8:30AM-6:00PM EST for an expedited shipping quote and to place your order.

Shipping
If
you place your order online, we will email you a shipping quote for approval
before shipping the order. You
can also email us in advance
for a quote. Please provide the exact products and quantities desired.
You can then order online and place the shipping quote in the comments
area during checkout.
Are
there any restrictions?
We do not ship picture frames larger than 11”x14” outside of the continental
48 US states.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship from our warehouse within two business days. Shipping
transit time for US orders is between two and six business days. Occasionally
products may be on backorder due to high demand or manufacturing problems.
We usually contact customers about backordered merchandise by email.
What if I need
my products fast!
We
are happy to expedite your order via Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or 3 Day
Air. Please place all expedited orders by phone at (800) 827-0673 between
8:30 and 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Note: Orders called in after
12:30 PM E.S.T. will not ship until the following business day.
How
do I know if my order has been shipped?
If you supply us with a valid email address when
placing your order, you should receive an email the
day after your order ships with tracking information.
If you do not receive this email within a few days
of placing your order, you can email us for order
status.
Can
I track my order?
You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided
in your shipping confirmation email. We do not provide tracking information
for International shipments.
