Instantly after I placed my order someone was already asking for more info and was very efficient. We received our proof made a change and the change was made within a day. We approved the proof and we received the product within 5 days. The product was even better than we could have imagined. The product looks very professional and the price was very reasonable. Comments: We purchased these folders, specifically the white vertical design, for our convention's photo booth last year. They worked out SO perfectly. We handed the plain white ones off to a friend who printed the covers with a super awesome design and then each person at the Zombie Prom got their picture in a frame for safekeeping. We ordered them again this year, and can't imagine that we won't keep doing so. |

Comments: I asked for black folders with my logo in white ink. The folders are more of a dark gray than black and although I specified white ink, I got white foil which looks silver when the light reflects off of it. It's too late to do anything about it now and I am disappointed. ### We only print ink on white folders. We cannot imprint white "ink" on a black color folder. Instead, it is foil stamped in white. |

Comments: We ordered these frames after holding an event where a photographer was present. We sent out framed pictures with our thank-you letters, and these frames did what we needed them to do. They aren't great quality, but they are also the least expensive choice and do stand up on their own. For our event next year, we will likely order the same frames. |

Comments: This product is poorly and and very difficult to insert photos into. They are glued without the proper spacing to side in photos. I lost business at a party I was doing because it to a dedicated person to just insert photos. many of the folder were damaged. This was my firts purchase and I was vert disappointed. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE- We have brought this to the manufacturer's attention. There are occasional batches where the glue lines make it more difficult to insert photos.
