Comments: I ordered twelve frames for a display in my library at The Art Institute of Charleston, and four of them arrived with the glass broken, even though they were well packed. A crushed outer box seems to point to the delivery company, but Smart Products promised to replace the four frames quickly, at no cost to me. Very friendly and professional. |

Comments: I bought 10 frames and I used them all. The super B format (13x19) has rarely frames available in shops. They are very practical, easy to install and look great.I got two of them damaged but they were replaced promptly. |

Comments: 13x19 plastic frame - purchased one to try. Overall quite inexpensive for what it is. Shipping charges more than the cost of one frame. I discarded it however and went with a slightly more expensive but better looking alternative. |

Comments: I have used similar frames in a smaller version that I purchased from retail stores. I was worried that by ordering on line they may incur damage during shipping. I had no need to worry-they were securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition, not even a mark on the thin plastic coverings :) Being able to order in bulk makes them more affordable and the selection of styles and sizes are 2nd to none! From now on "Get Smart Products" will be the store I go to for all my frames. |

Comments: You can shell out $140 to have a 13 x 19 picture framed at a local store OR you can spend less than 1/10 if that and get a easy to use from from Get Smart. From the time I print a picture to having a framed picture is 5 minutes, not 5 days. Big fancy frames detract from the artwork. With the thin black frame, the viewer focuses on your artwork not the frame. |

Comments: These frames are perfect for our posters from the Fillmore in San Francisco - very narrow frame is like a black like around the posters and really makes the posters stand out. And the price can't be beat for real glass! Customer Service with GetSmart Products is also outstanding so you can order with confidence they will be responsive. |

Comments: The salesman at a local store sold me a couple of 11 x 17 frames by saying "they are really easy to use." I did not believe him, but I bought a couple. I tried them nd they are a JOY to use and the result looks great. The problem was that the local store stocks only one size frame. Smart Products has ALL the sizes I wanted for my standard print sizes. I ordered them, but was worried that they might be broken in transit. They arrived carefully packed and no damage of any sort. |

Comments: I have several of these at my local Walmart but for one reason or another, they don't stock them any longer. They are perfect for my jet pictures I print. Inexpensive, no frills and look good with no excessive frame cutting into the picture area. One issue is removing and replacing the glass. It must be done very carefully or you can chip or break off the corner of the glass. Would be much better if plexi were used! |

Comments: This frame is perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for. The quality is great. Finding 13x19 frame in any store was almost impossible and when I did find one it was way too expensive. This price is really reasonable and the frame it self is perfect. Doesn't even look cheap and my 13x19 photos fit perfectly inside. I love it and I will be making more purchases in the future. |

Communication was professional and crisp, no BS. Time till order was shipped was VERY fast. (the next morning, meaning within 8 hours in my case). Comments: MY comment does NOT apply to your 13X19 low profile frame; just the 8-1/2X11 and smaller. PLEASE include at least 2 easel-back tabs with these frames; These tabs are very fragile and break easily, ruining my use for your frame. The added production cost would be insignificant, and the product would be much more useful/appealing to me. Thanks |

Comments: Great value. The only comment that I have is the inside of the frame which receives the 13x19 photo is exactly that so you have to trim every photo in order to get them to lay flat and that is a pain. |

Comments: This company has amazing customer service and the frames are a good quality for the cost, but be aware they are slightly smaller than 13x19. My 13x19 prints are forced to slightly bend upwards when I install the glass. If not for this these frames are wonderful. It simply causes the print when viewed from a side angle to appear sort of lumpy. This could be corrected by ever so slightly trimming the print, but I don't have a paper cutter. |

Comments: For the money this is the best frame I have seen for my 13x19 prints. Easy to place the pictures in the frames and easy to remove and change out. The whole picture is seen and they look great hung on the wall. This is not the frame if you want to use any matting with the picture. |

They arrived safely this time. The frames are great for posters and this is a hard to find size (13x19). Very pleased. I rated a 4 because the first box was not packaged properly and arrived damaged. |

Comments: I love these frames and this size is hard to find. On some of the newer printers you can print your own pictures in 13 x 19 but finding frames is difficult. I love the way you see YOU PRINT rather than a lot of frame blocking your beautiful photography. Some people have complained because the glass could fall out. Be sure the glass in properly pressed in all the way around, checking it twice, because as you press on one side the other side can be lifting up. Once you can feel that the glass is seated all the way around, there is no concern that it will fall out. |

Comments: I have a large format printer and the largest paper size it uses is 13x19. I have a coworker who is leaving our office, leaving our state. Instead of having everyone sign a going away card, I printed a map showing her move from MO to DC and have everyone sign it filling in the states using assorted color gel pens. Then I used this frame to frame the completed project. AMAZING!! Everyone loved this idea. I will be ordering more of these very soon. |

Comments: I ordered 2 of those frames, and I got one broken, the problem is I can't tell if it was during shipping or if I did it during unpacking. the frame is a front loading frame, which is fine except that the piece of glass seems extremely fragile and very thin.. so if you can mount your picture and not break the glass then stick it somewhere where it will never be touched, you should be fine, but I wouldn't move it too much and make sure it doesn't drop. I think this frame would be much better with some form of plexiglass than with thin real glass. |

I read some other reviews that others received frames broken, so it seems some review of company's shipping process could be a good idea -- hard to ship glass, I know, but inner box helped most of them stay intact in my shipment of 9. Shipment came quickly. |

Comments: I ordered 10 first(didn't realize they were packaged 6 per inner case. Since it was my first order; I didn't want to "put all my eggs in one basket". After the order arrived in short order and in perfect condition; I ordered 12 more frames. They came in even less time. The price of the frame(s) was very good, the turn around time excellent, and the s/h charges were not too much -actually better than most! |
