Get Smart Products contacted me quickly to let me know they didn't have quite enough frames to fill my entire order immediately and asked about my preferences for delivery. The email came from a real person! Products are good quality, and customer service was excellent. |

Comments: The frame was delivered in a very timely manner and was well padded and protected. It was exactly what I expected for the price and it looks really nice with the pen and ink drawing I was framing. 11x14 frames are hard to find, This is a solid, attractive frame. |
