Comments: Great customer service and very good product. There was a mix up on the delivery time and it showed that I would be receiving the product after the event in which they were purchase. Made the call and they immediately took care of it. My customers were please with the product and it made the event enjoyable for everyone. I will definitely become an regular customer and truly appreciate them caring. |

| Holiday Folders - Improved! |

Comments: Have been purchasing the Christmas Snowflake photo 4" x 6" folders for a couple years now, and the most recent purchase saw a definite improvement in the card stock weight. Heavier than previous purchases, which made me very happy. However, one of the folders did not contain the foil imprint - I intend to contact Get Smart about this. It was in the middle of the 25 count pack, so it would not have been seen until opened. Overall, quite pleased with the better quality - customers liked them as well. |

Comments: I assumed that the holders would be solid black with the silver snowflakes, but the black has little specks of silver in it, which makes it look even nicer. My only complaint is that they aren't cut perfectly straight. Close enough, but not perfect. Looking forward to using them at my upcoming event! |

Comments: We chose the Snowflake photo folder, though there are many to choose from. We share many photos this time of year and the folders are a nice gift. They were on sale at a good price. We purchased the same folder last year and are happy with it. Will likely use it again next year. It is good quality and would recommend it. |

Comments: We used these photo folders for an event we managed for a client. They worked exactly as they should have. The pictures looked great in them. They are classy looking, and don't break the bank. The Customer Service is excellent. Spoke with them on the phone, and they were very responsive. Would definitely buy from them again. |
