Comments: I have used these photo album for many years and have always been pleased. I am so glad I found them on-line. Service is good, product is excellent. I purchased 3 and 2 refills . I look forward to putting them to good use - and plan to buy additional refills. |

Comments: I purchased two of these small scrapbooks, along with two sets of refill pages, to hold my golf scorecards- I keep one from each course I play. The first one had problems with the screws that hold the spine. The first screw came out after a long time, and the second one refused to come out. Both turned, but they simply would not decouple. I retightened and loosened the second screw twice, and the third time the screw did come off. I loaded the extra pages in, and reassembled the spine, but the second screw was again a problem, and refused to seat properly. I did finally get it to take and go in, but then it would not tighten- I believe that it was mis-threaded when I received it, and the repeated efforts I made to get it to work ruined it. I turned to the second book, and the screws came out after 4-5 turns each, a much better beginning. I added the extra pages, extenders, and spacer, and put it back together. However, this scrapbook now would not close. Even with no contents beyond the empty pages, it stayed open like an overstuffed recipe book. While these books should have been perfect for my purposes, and the pages fit most scorecards like a charm, the low quality of the construction makes this a purchase likely to be regretted, unless you are not planning on adding to the page count. Caveat emptor. |

Comments from Management: Our apologies for the tight screws. There have been instances where the screws holding the album together were tightened a bit too much in the manufacturing process. This requires that the back of the screw be held in place while the front of the screw is loosened. If this is ever the case, we ask that you please contact us so we can either offer guidance to loosen the screws and put the book back together or send replacements as needed. |

Comments: It does not have gold border like picture description. It's faux leather look is average. I am happy to have found a 5 x 7 photo album for my daughters wedding photos, but I would have liked real leather with gold border. |

Comments: Good quality. Color good. Pages good quality and delivery was good. All in all I would highly recommend this memory book for 5 x 7 photos, which was what I needed. |

Comments: I have seven of these in different colors and am very pleased with the product. Only one little complaint and I know nothing can be done about it. My originl albums that I purchased were made in the USA, and the finishing was better.I do like the albums because I can just stack them neatly on the shelf. Ethel |

Comments: this is a great size albumin for your 4x6 prints. i decorate the pages of the albumin, and then use the 4x6 print, either in the center of the page, offset the print, etc. this size pages, lets you add journaling to the pictures. also if you have a party, special occasion, etc. you can have the guests write their comments on one page, and use the corresponding picture on the opposite page. |
