Comments: I'm in the process of reorganizing my pictures, tossing some and giving away others. The albums they were in just weren't anything I wanted to put on a book shelf and have people look at so I decided to switch over to Pioneer photo albums. Love them! And the service from Get Smart Products is top-notch. One page came with no pocket on one side and they sent me an entire package to replace it. Better than Amazon--I'll be buying more from them. |

Comments: Pioneer came through once again by providing a convenient and economical way to store 5X7 and 8X10 photos which no longer were displayed in frames. These albums also take refill pages. |

| Short on Quality |

Comments: The plastic pages in the 5 x 7 photo albums were crinkled & would not lie flat. The area for inserting the photos was so tight that I had to further trim the photos to insert them. I unscrewed the posts & removed the pages, hoping to insert the photos more easily. (It wasn't.) Posts were difficult to undo and return to original position. I would not purchase them again. |

Comments: I really like the album for holding 8x10 and 5x7 photos. The one thing I did not like is I found it a little difficult to add refill pages. Hopefully I won't be adding anymore pages. For the price of the album I think the quality is good. |

Comments: the album is nice but room for only 4 8x10 and room for many more 5x7. the exact numbers of each were not in the ad so my fault for not inquiring further before ordering. I wanted mostly 8x10 pages. |

Comments: I've been using these albums for many years for my 5x7 and 8z10 prints. They protect the photos and are very flexible for rearranging pictures and adding extra pages. This one came on time and in good shape and with the refills. I always order some extra pages and I easily added the extra pages. |

Comments: Adding additional pages is very difficult. The post system is not desirable because you need to use two screw drivers at once to handle. A better system would be to offer albums with more pages. ### Our apologies for the tight screws. Sometimes an album does come from the factory with the screws a bit tight, however, after loosening them just once they would remain loose from that point forward. |

| Flimsy pages tear easily |

Comments: The cover of the album doesn't look bad, but the pages that hold the photos are very flimsy and tear easily when you are trying to insert the photos into them. |

Comments: I got this to organize my boy's school pictures, 5X7s and 8X10s. I packed in multiples in each pocket, and added page protectors for additional sheets; I did not buy refills. The original sheets have already started to tear, but I have multiples and it's heavy. Otherwise, it's nice to have both sizes, the cover is sturdy, and the brand has refills locally available. |

Comments: I love this album. I purchased three of them. One for each of my children and one for myself. I have been loading my children's school pictures and sports pictures in it. I plan to give it to each of them one day. I like it so much because you can just keep adding more refills. Their albums have grown significantly over the years. Highly recommend. I am not sure what the max number of inserts for one book is yet. I am sure I will find out eventually. |

Comments: I love this album. I am using it to house my daughter's professional photos. The pages could be heavier and I wish the shipping wasn't so much, but overall it is worth it. It is a classy album that looks great displayed in a family room or living room. |
