What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned within 90 days of shipping for a full merchandise refund, credit or exchange
excluding shipping and handling charges.
Additional notes and exceptions:
Products with open packaging or not in original condition may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise that has been opened and is incomplete will not be accepted for return. Custom imprinted products are not returnable. Purchases over 90 days old may be returned for exchange or store credit only. If
you are returning for exchange there is no additional shipping and handling charge for sending out new items. Original shipping
and handling charges are not refundable unless damaged or defective. Shipping costs to return merchandise to us is not refundable.
Please do not return damaged or defective merchandise without contacting us first.

Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice and let us know if you would like a refund or if you would like to exchange for other items. Please do not send returns to our PO Box.
What do I do if my
shipment arrives damaged or defective?
Please do not return any damaged or defective items without contacting us first. If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please save all packaging material (box, tape, filler, etc.) and call us at (800) 827-0673 between the hours of 9:00 and 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) or Email Us to arrange for pickup and/or replacement.
