What are your shipping methods? 

UPS Ground – This method is available for all orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding APO and FPO military addresses). See Ground Rates below. All ground shipments require street address for ground delivery. PO Boxes are not acceptable. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time in addition to Shipping Transit Time.

USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post – These methods are only available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO military addresses. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time and 2-5 days transit time for Priority Mail, 1-4 weeks transit time for Parcel Post.

USPS Air Parcel Post – These methods are available for Canada (see Canada Shipping Rates below) or other International locations (Rates are calculated at checkout).You will be responsible for any taxes, duties and customs fees. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time, transit time varies.

UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select & Worldwide Expedited – These methods are available for an additional charge. Please use our online shipping calculator at checkout for an expedited shipping quote and to place your order. Please note: Orders placed before 12 Noon EST will ship out that business day. Orders placed after 12 Noon EST will ship the following business day. (Orders placed Friday at 1:00PM EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday).

Are there any restrictions? 
We do not ship picture frames larger than 11"x14" outside of the continental 48 US states.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Non-imprinted orders usually ship from our warehouse in MI within 1-3 business days. Imprinted orders can take 3 to 3-1/2 weeks (see the Imprinting FAQ page for further information). Transit times for domestic orders can take between 1 and 5 business days depending upon where you are located in the US (see Shipping Transit Time Map). International order transit times vary depending upon the shipping method selected. Occasionally products may be on backorder due to high demand or manufacturing problems. We usually contact customers about backordered merchandise via email.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? 
If you have supplied us with a valid email address when placing your order, you should receive an email the day after your order ships with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within a few days of placing your order you can Contact Us for order status. You can also obtain order status and tracking information by clicking on the Order Status button, which is located at the top of any page and entering your order ID number, email address and zip code to get the latest order information available.

Can I track my order?
You can track your shipment by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by contacting us for your tracking number and entering that information into the tracking box on either the UPS or USPS website. We do not provide tracking information for International shipments.
