Covid-19 Information

We have been able to remain open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, but some of our usual business practices have changed:

The US Postal service is experiencing unprecedented delays. Some orders are being delayed by 2-3 weeks or more. Unfortunately there is little we can do about this situation other than to suggest using our UPS Ground, Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day options when available. Those methods always ship via UPS.

Due to high order volume at this time, some orders may experience delays. Our warehouses are working with smaller teams and are taking longer than usual to process shipments. We have implemented sanitation and handling procedures that meet or exceed the CDC's recommendations. Our warehouse sanitizes work surfaces twice daily, and our team is screened every day before working.

There may also be delays by shipping carriers, UPS, Fedex and USPS. Expedited order "receive by" dates are not being guaranteed by UPS at this time. We have resumed international shipping but there could be additional delays depending on the destination country.

Because so many products are out of stock at the moment, we are currently not taking pre-orders for out of stock items. Availability information is shown on every item page near the "Add to Cart" button. The expected dates listed reflect the most up-to-date information we have. If an item is not available on the expected date, check back later in the day or the following day. We also have a new email notification system and most "out of stock" items will show a link you can click to be notified when items come back into stock.
