What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned to us within 90 days of shipping for a full merchandise refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. Purchases over 90 days old may be returned for store credit only. Please return products along with their original packing slip or invoice. Original shipping and handling charges and shipping costs to return merchandise to us are not refundable.
Please do not return damaged or defective merchandise without contacting us first.
Additional notes and exceptions:
Products with open packaging or that are not in their original condition may be subject to restocking charge up to 20%. Merchandise that has been opened and is incomplete will not be accepted for return. Customized products are not returnable.
Packages that are either refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address will receive a merchandise refund minus any charges we incur from the carrier for return shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
How do I return merchandise?
Please pack items carefully. Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice and return to the address on your packing slip. If there is no address on the packing slip please contact us for further instructions. Do not send returns to our PO Box.
Make sure to send packages back using an INSURED shipping method that includes tracking (UPS, Fedex, USPS Priority Mail). We cannot compensate customers for lost or damaged returns.
How do I exchange merchandise?
We do not offer exchanges. You can return items for refund and place a new order.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once we receive the items back from you they are inspected by our warehouse. If the the items are received in good condition, your refund is processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it could take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged or defective?
Please do not return any damaged or defective items without contacting us first. If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please save all packaging material (box, tape, filler, etc.) and contact us within 10 days of delivery at (800) 827-0673 between the hours of 9:00 and 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) or Email Us for further instructions.
