What ordering methods are available?

Online Orders

  • You can order all of our products directly from our website at www.pfile.com using any major credit or debit card or Paypal.
Phone Orders

  • Call (800) 827-0673. Outside of our toll free calling area dial +1 (914) 762-3500. Our knowledgeable staff is available Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00 PM or Friday 9:00-4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) to take orders, answer product questions and help with any other concerns you may have.
Fax or Mail Orders

  • Add items to your cart. Enter postal code to calculate shipping and tax. Click Checkout button and log in or use guest checkout. Enter shipping, billing and payment info. Print this page and send to us by FAX or regular mail. Make sure to close your browser window so you don't accidentally submit a duplicate order.

Do you offer any coupons?

We do not currently offer coupons or promotion codes. Instead, we do our best to keep our everyday product prices and shipping costs as low as possible. We have noticed that some online websites claim to offer coupons or discounts under the terms "get smart coupons", "get smart products coupons", "pfile coupons" or "pfile.com coupons". They are not authorized by us and we are not able to honor coupons or promo codes found on any other website.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Some orders are processed very soon after placement and it may not always be possible to change/cancel. For orders that have begun processing, there may be a cancellation/change fee.

Do you allow backorders?

Occasionally, our cart will allow you to order more than what is in stock for certain items. This usually happens when we are able to drop ship those items directly from the manufacturer. If we are unable to fill the order within 2-3 days we will email you a backorder notice. You can contact us if you would like to change or cancel a backorder or if you would like to request that we ship ahead the available items. The ship ahead option is only available within the 48 contiguous US states. Certain items are not able to be ordered online if we do not have enough stock. For those items, you can call us to place an order for a larger amount.

Why can't I add any items to my shopping cart?

This is usually due to problems with the settings on your web browser. Our website requires that you be able to create "cookies" which allow it to keep track of items you add to your cart. Please make sure your web browser privacy settings will allow cookies by following these Instructions.

Do you add tax to my total purchase?

We are required to collect tax for orders shipping to certain states. You can determine that by adding items to your cart and entering your zipcode in the shipping calculator. We do not collect any taxes outside of the USA and international customers are responsible for paying those at time of delivery, including any applicable brokerage fees.

What if I am tax exempt?

If you are tax-exempt and have a re-sale or tax-exempt number, you will first need to register as a new member Here. During registration, please be sure to match the bill to address in the online registration form to the address on your tax exempt form. After registration, send an email to help @pfile.com and include: 1) the email address you used to register for your account, and 2) a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. We will then finish setting up your tax exempt account and send you a reply email so you can put through your order. Please remember, you will always need to Log In to your registered account before you place your order to receive your tax exemption. How can I find out the status of my order?

You can view your order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page. After logging in you can view information about your order by clicking on the "View My Past Orders" link. If you did not create an account with us you can go to Order Status. Can I open a business account?

We accept institutional and business accounts for governmental or well known corporate organizations. Call Customer Service at (800) 827-0673 for further information or to set up an account. Terms are Net 30 days.
