Ordered 3 frames for a show that I'm in. One of them had 3 split corners. Needed to be replaced. Customer service very friendly & helpful but alas, not in stock. Still waiting on the replacement to be sent out. In mounting my pictures into the frames, I noticed a couple of tiny dings which I touched up with a marker.Nevertheless, it's a great frame for the price & very easy to place picture into the frame. Also note that it has saw tooth hangers on the back. Because of my issues I have to rate it 3 stars.
